A one (1) year 10 months old baby falls into a septic tank and dies while playing in Sand town ELWA junction.

The mother of the kid was able to save one of the kids who was also playing around the septic tank, not knowing that her daughter was also in there.

It was too late after they discovered the 1 year 10 months old baby from the septic tank who was pronounced dead.

Meanwhile, the body of this kid has been kept by family members for burial tomorrow.

President Weah Orders Army Back To Barracks ~ As SOE/Curfew ends today

In the wake of the impending expiration of the current State of Emergency, President of the Republic of Liberia and Commander-In-Chief Dr. George M. Weah has ordered the men and women of the Armed Forces of Liberia to return to barracks effective 12 midnight today, July 21, 2020.

The President has said that the legal basis for the continuous presence of the army in some parts of the country to assist with the fight against the Coronavirus elapsed with the end of the State of Emergency. He however pointed out that the army has special logistical and human resource capabilities that could be called upon when needed.

Meanwhile, the Liberian leader has mandated Health Minister Dr. Wilhelmina Jallah and other relevant authorities to scrupulously utilize the public health laws going forward as the guiding tool for curtailing the spread of COVID-19 in the country. He urged the health authorities to strictly implement these laws in order to reinforce the practice of the wearing of facemasks, social distancing, and washing of hands along with other health protocols.

The President has admonished the public not to construe the cessation of the state of emergency as license to engage in behaviors that may lead to further spread of the virus, as delinquent acts can be punished under the public health laws.

A very sad news reaching this blog that District #9 Representative Munah Pelham-Youngblood has traveled  to the Great beyond due to a long term illness. The public hasn’t been informed about what illnesses the Representative was diagnosed with, however she has been in and out of Liberia seeking medical treatment for the last few years.

May her soul rest in perfect peace.🙏🙏🙏

Breaking news!

A very sad news just hit this blog that legendary Dj Mcgrady of Hot FM had a terrible accident last night.

While On his way from Rehab with a motorcycle, Riding along a jeep on a very high speed engaged him, that caused him to lose total control and was dragged by the bike. While laying unconscious a well known Journalst Kelvin Demey of Prime FM was the one who recognized him on the ground and took him to the near by clinic and treated him, right now he’s not really in a good condition.
